After getting my Starbucks and roaming some more, I found a new pool: the "quiet" pool. So given my single status today (with no husband who likes to play in the water,) I will opt to make this my place for the day... i-Pod, book and sunshine - perfect. I see however, there is a sandy play area nearby, so if I get bored, I can always build a sand castle!

Is it sad and pathetic that I'm jealous - even though we just got home from vacation, ourselves? Maybe that's WHY I'm envious... hits too close to home! :) Enjoy a much needed, relaxing, re-energizing vacation!!!

I am jealous too! I've never been to Palm Springs but it definitely makes the list as a close-by sunny destination.
