Kauai: Monday Morning

Luke didn't sleep very well last night, so I am sure our lack of sleep will catch up with us later today.  But we got up at 6:30am, after feeding Luke.  Samuel also came wandering in around 6:45am...  So we hit the road with BOB's.  It was a slow run/walk today - but still considered good (just getting out of the house and moving is good these days!)  We ran along the beach path this morning and then went to Starbucks (it was really busy today!) 

On our way back, we enjoyed seeing a Monk Seal on the beach!

I also stopped and took a quick video of the ocean - at the Sheraton beach.  It is so calming and peaceful (other than the guy who yelled in the background - SIGH...)  But I think you get the idea, of my special moment, despite annoying, loud people!  :-)
