This morning we went on a shorter run - and then walked the rest. It is sort of an overcast day, which is actually sort of nice and cool. We stopped at watched the ocean waves for awhile. We saw some fire & rescue firefighters doing some drills in the water (we were glad to find out it was only a drill - we were worried at first, but talked to a surf instructor who filled us in that it was only for practice.)
We are going to head west this morning - on a drive. We will have lunch at the a brew pub we like and then decide what to do with our afternoon... It's good to be on Kauai!
